OUR PHYSICIANS

Howard S. Taylor, M.D. Dr. Taylor grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. His father, a Gastroenterologist, was a major force in shaping his love of medicine. Dr. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University as well as a Master’s degree in Physiological Psychology from Georgia State University before receiving his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He interned at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his Neurology residency at the University of California in Irvine. Dr. Taylor then completed a Neurophysiology (Electroencephalography and Electromyography) Fellowship, also at the University of California in Irvine. He is Board Certified in Neurology. In 1993, Dr. Taylor moved to Portland to start his Neurology practice with Dr. Crumpacker. He is married, has two sons, and enjoys photography, music, snowboarding, biking, and tennis.

Harpreet Kaur, M.D. Dr. Kaur is originally from Delhi, India. She is multilingual and speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi. She is an ABPN certified Neurologist. She earned her Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies. She completed her internship and Neurology residency at the University of Connecticut. Her fellowship training is in Neuromuscular Medicine from OHSU in Portland, Oregon. Dr Kaur is married with one son.
